Amity School of
Insurance, Banking & Actuarial Science (ASIBAS) has been playing an
important role in promoting Insurance and Actuarial Science Education and now
also Banking. Our students have found ready acceptance in industry and are well
recognized in their domain knowledge.
However,
today’s requirements are far different and require multi skills. Therefore, the
students need to work on their ability to work in team, acquire leadership
quality and Analytical ability to find quick fix solution. Therefore,
communication plays a very important role. We in ASIBAS have made conscious
efforts to focus on communication and Presentation skills which enable our
students to face both the Management and Customer with confidence.
This Website
has been created to acquaint you with our initiative in such inputs and the
ongoing developments. The strength of our institution lies in wide range of
offerings, Banks, Insurance (Life & Nonlife) and IT. More than 80 students
placed in IT have been/ or are on projects abroad.
We try to
inculcate the valules of Respect, Consideration, compassion and others leading
to the welfare of society by spearheading Human Values Quarter of 3 months in
the University. We also hold Seminars on issues affecting the industry from
time to time. Several Guest Speakers are invited to share their experiences.
We are very
innovative and are always on the look out for new strategies to groom the
students. Please do suggest us if you have anything in mind.
